This is the first time I've loaded out of EMR and I can say without reservation excellent. I arrived early a chat checked my notes and said about 30mins ..perfect.. as it was he sorted things out and I was in the yard with in 10 mins two forklifts were there straight away and loaded the truck with care making sure any bags that were leaning were leaning inwards together as a load should be .when I headed out a little tight as a truck was parked loading just a bit too close to the weight bridge but with a phew shunts all very carefully watched by one of the loaders sorted. I can say what a superb group of guys from the first guy the weight bridge chap and the two loader. All were very professional helpful and friendly a credit to EMR.
Even the guys walking past were friendly and passed a comment. Considering the types of material EMR handle the yard was clean and well looked after. Thank you to all for your help and understanding given that i am hard of hearing. ?

When delivering make sure you park outside and report to weighbridge (que on right)
Some staff are very obnoxious sone ok
Can be a bit tight at times they gave their own wagons in and out all the time
