I checked the web to make sure they were open and was encouraged to open an account online - this took ages but eventually I ended up with a QR code. I drove to the depot during opening hours and it was shut, for lunch. I drove back later. My online account was judged to be a nuisance (no QR reader). A new account was nearly opened, failing as I have not memorized my bank details. Success in the end but it took all day. Employees were helpful - ignore the website.

Iv never been to a scrap yard before and was our 1st time scrapping a vehicle. We went with EMR last week and the person on the weighbridge named Steven was very helpful, explain what we needed to regards to our tax and insurance, we received our payment very next day and set our account up so we can keep using. Will keep recommending EMR to our friends, great service and great bunch of guys

Friendly helpful staff. They keep the yard pretty clean, I was worried about getting a puncture but I think it’s alright because of how much they sweep up. Maybe could do with a bit more signage for people who have never been before.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff, with good banter and always happy to help. Jody who works on the weighbridge is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and is able to join in with the "male banter" easily. I would definitely recommend this yard.

First class bunch of people. Always friendly helpful and professional. Not at all like the normal scrap recyclers, who consider they are doing you a favour" Mate" and pay random money in well oiled back pocket notes.
