I would've rated 5 stars as the service has always been good and the prices they pay are good however recently they no longer have scales to show you the weight of your items etc so unless you weigh at home and note everything down for each specific material they could easily rob you.

The owners must be thieves that's why they haven't responded to my review or gave an explanation as to why the scales have been removed but have been responding to other reviews that were posted after mine.

Dreadful customer service. First time there and was told 3 different thing drive here n there just to unload some scrap note to managers make it more clear to first time visitors what to do and get rid of the rude woman on the front desk!!

This place does a critical job for waste metals but certainley gets busy
Be prepared for a wait when disposing of your scrap .
That being said it's vital you dispose of your scrap metal responsibly and do not fly tip.

Thankfully it was a quick visit a complete reversal of normal procedure, not to much inbuggrance getting on to the correct loading spot combined with a successful getaway with all tyres still inflated.....alleluia!!!
