Total scam company this one, They took one of our vehicles and scrapped it without the owner permission, some garage just passed them our car they didnt do any checks to see who the vehicle belonged to, they just scrapped it even though the vehicle was not scrap, £1600 car just used as scrap metal.
This company wants closing down, they cearly breaking the law, How can you scrap a car when we have the logbook and its in our name.
They basically profited from scraping our vehicle and the poice say theres nothing they can do about it. So we are out of pocket £1600 the Garage profits, these profit from it, We end up with one vehicle down and they wont even tell us when the vehicle was scrapped, it only went to a garage for gearbox change and we suspect the garage damaged something on the vehicle and you let him scrap it to hide the evidence is all we can presume.
Disgusting company, so what this basically tells you folks, they have the right to steal cars from the street and scrap them and there aint nothing you can do about it once its been scrapped.
They are clearly not checking documents or paperwork before scrapping other peoples vehicles. You did not have permission to scrap our vehicle which was not scrap. Nothing was signed over, we still have the logbook and what ever scam you have going on with these garages is a disgrace.
Had you of checked the paperwork this review would not be going on, but as you failed to follow procedure we down over £1600.
