Scrap car, free pick up, delayed by a week.
Jason and Mick came to pick up the car, top job: quick, polite and friendly.
Saved EMR business as it was scheduled a week before. No call, no update, and when I called them to check if any pickup was happening their response was "none of our business. It's a third party. Ask them yourself!!" HOW? WHO?
It's 2024 and this is the standard disconnect between businesses and communication. Scrap Car Comparison to EMR Leeds, no care in the world.
In the end it worked I suppose, not as smoothly as is expected but I didn't have to do much myself.

Brilliant friendly service this morning! I brought in the Grand scenic Staff member at gate was really helpfull, explained what to do. Staff member dismantling cars was very polite and helpfull I did have a few minds to wait as I wanted certificate of distraction and he was mid logging vehicle on tablet but I understand that.

Payment desk again polite and helpfull.

Full price quoted online paid, I would use again.

Robbing company gave me barely anything for a car door they said the computer does everything but something wasn’t adding up luckily it was a damaged door i had to get rid off regardless. if i had time i would have taken it somewhere else to weigh in and im pretty sure i would have got more money for it but im never using emr again no good service no good staff wasted my time driving there i should left it outside for someone collect for free rather than going down to emr well never again scamming company
