Why does it says it's open when it's not. Did 20 miles roundtrip for nothing.

Hi. I was there march 30 ( Saturday). 40 min or so before closing time. I understand it was Easter holiday, but updating hours on here would help. Thanks.

Went to drop some scrap off yesterday, had a bit of a wait, however, work was in progress with loading and unloading so it was expected. Staff were very helpful especially the young man at the weighing point. Scales and weights displayed so nothing to hide/dispute on both sides, and also got the rates quoted on the phone earlier in the day. Plus the best rates as I had been ringing around to see what was being offered elsewhere. Will definitely be a regular with this company, a big thank you.

Ridiculous People Carmelo & Patric , I been costumer for many years going to this branch, never been in contact like this tow hunker , started to Argue 7;30 Am on Saturday.
And also received SMS from EMR that the price for Scrap they are Higher price .
I I was mistreated in the price
Hundred Percent Negative People.

Avoid if you are an hgv driver, got loaded after a vehicle booked in an hour after me then loaded another vehicle that arrived an hour after me. Yards too small for what they want to do.

Tried to ring today 2.30pm to ask if ULEZ affiliated! Hung on for 15 minutes, then got a recorded message that they were closed!! Then said ‘Our opening times are 9-5pm and the phone cut off. Am I missing something ?

Waiting on queue 2 hours today to tip my load ,finally go in weybridge the man sitting and talking to another man,give him the card scanded bring me back ,i leave to go to tip ,he call me back to ask me what is on my truck,he ask me what i have on my truck with monitor in the front eyes and he threat me i bot come any more on this site because i rude! Rude for what? He calling me again to ask what i have on my truck! Today the man on office was racism with me.I recording all conversations with him and i take action about this unacceptable attitude for regular customer.

Very disappointed ! Please be very careful if you go to this metal scrap ! When I called asking for the metal prices they gave me Good rates comparing to others but once finished scraping and checked my receipt the prices was completely different lot cheaper than! Also i found that they missed calculating less weight of the cables which was over 50 kg at least , when came back to claim they gave me a random figure for 15 kg only ! Also they have very bad service and communication!!!

Very disappointed with the services. every time he tried to ripped off from customer!i m bee there today with sharing metal and he give me frag feed ,because he want to pay less !always is happening like that!the manager was disgusting and screaming with me today!i do complain about EMR BRENTOFRD TO HMRC to check more details.i m bee there today with metal he weight me on and off and the manager is comming on the window and told me i m banned from this site and he not paying any money.
