Hello all. I just want to let everyone know DO NOT use Coastal Recycling.Ltd. EMR gave me the number to collect some scrap from me. Costal recycling came took my scrap and I haven't been paid not untill now. It's been 5 months since he collected my scrap and nothing back I have the ticket and everything the man it's absolutely a scumbag. Never again I am going to use him. All the time when I am ringing him, he doesn't have time , he is busy, he is not in the office just excuses after excuses. Beware of this man.

Went here a few times walst working in the area, absolutely great service, the guys working there were really friendly and mega helpful, I don't think I would use anywhere else if I was down there again.

Booked a slot from 11 of March they said they can pic it up on the 24th.... On the 24 no show.... Lost a day's work waiting for someone to contact me...... No one contacted me.... End of the day I contact them and they say they can't pick it up and management is looking into it.... Nonsense.... No ones gonna pay may lost day from work.... Non professional..... They could have let me know so I can sort something out....

Somebody from EMR mistakingly changed and updated my account information with someone else’s passport ID and bank details with a similar name to mine which means they paid my money into someone else’s bank account!

I have still not received my money that is owed - a week later and still no communication or payment -

Please resolve this! This was caused by no fault of my own and I shouldn’t have to wait until you’ve managed to recover the money that you wrongly sent to another customer!
