I didn’t find a good service. I brought in two car batteries on the back of the car I was scrapping and asked the young chap with tattooes how much will I get for those and he asnwered someone will look into that. Then he came ouside and asked me the keys while a young lady carry on the practice. My car got taken away by the young chap, and lady served me receipt and documents. Nothing for the batteries, I asked for it and I am told now for the first time by the lady , that I should have taken them off the car before driving on the scale. Too late now that my car has been driven around the corner.
It’s only tennar by is a big principle that I didn’t digest well. I definitely don’t call that politeness nor good customer service: It’s a real scrapyard!

Good prices for all your scrap metals
Best payers in plymouth
Only complaint I got is there's only one entry exit point and weight bridge
The que to get in and out is annoying
They could easily remedy this with a bit of thought and planning ,
They could put a separate entry exit point into the non ferrous metals shed,
Without a big expense
They are a global company that should be able to afford to spend money on speeding up the long waiting times which can be dangerous when backed up the road onto the main road,
A bit of thought and a few quid spent would help them as much as there customers and also increase their productivity and profitability,

Friendly staff. No matter how big or small your scrap metal is.
Overnight payment on account or check.
Could be open a bit longer as 5PM is not long enough if you normally working.
Also confirmation of address every 3 months is very annoying but that's not their fault.
