Don’t turn up ten minutes before closing, they can’t be arsed to deal with ya! They say “thank you for not wasting their time!” as I said “don’t worry about it then” just close at 4pm then not 4:30pm if you don’t want to deal with potential customers.

(By the way, I emailed them as per their response below detailing what happened and a year later they still haven’t acknowledged me)

Not liking this place. Seem to all gang together and suspend people they do not like working there not a professional company. The whole business needs reality check and probably a total overhaul with all the staff. Needs a visit from the inland revenue and an unauthorized visit from an ombudsman as they are not keeping to the work place rules.

Appalling customer service! Advertised a service they do not actually provide here. Yard staff incredibly rude and unhelpful and the office is no better. Avoid using if you want unnecessary visits!!!

Sick off waiting every day 1 person doing all work told big chef mat about it and got barred well emr I bring loads In your loss put matt on a job he can brush I think iv been coming since day 1 and no ov lots off my mates that go to a1 now because off how it's run sorry 4 negative comments but that how it is

Sat on site for a good 30 mins before even getting so much as looked at by a member of staff. When I finally get to speak to some one. I need to sign loads of paper work just to scrap in a few pieces of aluminium.

Do not recommend at all unless you got hours to spare in your working day.
