I rarely need a Skip and was put off by some of the stories such as skips left at premises for weeks. I was so glad that I picked EMS. Pleasant, friendly staff on the phone, competitive price. emails regarding drop off and pick up times honoured , text alert stating that the driver was on his way. The driver was also friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend them.

I was dubious of using dusty bins based on previous reviews on here, but I really didn't have a choice given the waste I had to get rid of and the limited area outside, no room for a skip so opted for a wait and load service with a dumpy bag. Price was good, it wasn't free, but it definitely wasn't extortionate. Driver was friendly and helpful. Paperwork was just what I need.

All in all very happy with them, may need their services in the next month or so, if I do I'll use them without hesitation.

Just to add, they gave me a time frame of when the driver would arrive he was nicely in that time frame as well, so I wasn't held up on site.

Diddly Squat

Great value skip. No issues with customer service, very helpful. Delivery was carried out in good time soon after ordering, exchange of skips was done in very good time but collection of skips seems to take a few calls to remind them. Bit of an issue when it is on the road or on your drive. Would use them again though as they are the cheapest in Plymouth.

Skip from previous tenant been sat on my premises for months. It's now an environmental and safety hazard. Had to report to trading standards & council after dusty bin threatened to fly tip the contents of the skip everywhere!! All because the previous tenant didn't pay for it. Have now reported to local news as well.

I have tried for 2 months myself to get the skip removed and they're attitude is disgusting. It seems they don't want to resolve the issue.

Sad thing is.. I even offered to pay for it to be removed just because i dont want my guys surrounded by this filth. Dusty bin didn't want the payment?!?

Do not use dusty bin!!! They are absolutely useless!! We had a skip delivered on our drive for garden rubble, it was filled up the next day ready to be collected. We rang dusty bin everyday since then requesting a collection but we haven’t had any response what so ever. Finally, after over a week of trying to contact them we got through and they tried telling us that the skip had been ordered by a builder and that they couldn’t collect untill the builder had requested it - which is funny as we’ve never had a builder here doing anything!!, so after telling them all of this this morning, the skip is still sat on our drive!!!!

Very highly recommended had a bad experience from another company contacted dusty bin where I came in contact with the transport manager Lisa. Lisa was very very helpful and very professional in helping to resolve removing the skip from a lady’s drive which had been there for over 4 months.i personally will be using and also recommending to others, from the office staff to the driver who collected who was very polite and professional a big thank you a very well run professional company and who arrive when told they will.

We used Dusty Bin a lot during our house renovation. I spoke to Lisa on several occasions, she was extremely friendly and helpful. The skips always arrived on time and were taken away once we'd called to say they were full. Thank you.

DO NOT use this company!!!!! They damaged our wall when removing the skip as well as our neighbors wall, I called them 5 times and spoke to the manager Sam and they denied all knowledge even when a witness seen the driver hit the wall and I have picture proof with wall scrapings across the wall from the skip. They also took over 4 weeks to collect the skip. BE AWARE before using this company. Spend your money elsewhere
