What an amazing out standing surgery, professionalism at its highest. Staff r lovely and helpful and friendly and sign post l/ help you in the right direction, efficient with there enquires, so glad I left my old surgery homewell practice to come here. Other surgeries thar r not performing well, should follow in this great performing surgery, so organised, give u privacy, and can get a message or app so quickly, Dr jennings and staff fantastic team, thank you all

Dr Sandman is a lovely Doctor she listens and knows her patients and if you read your notes online they are very detailed. It's such a shame that the nhs systems are not all connected which having been in hospital like a yoyo this year makes the job difficult for the doctors to know full facts.

Would like to say a very big thank you to doctor Sandman who helped me over the past 16 months when QA hospital never helped then I went to St Richard’s and they helped a small bit but Dr Sandman has always done more for me than anyone. Cannot express how much gratitude I have towards that Dr. Would highly recommend as one of the best doctors I have ever used in life. Again thank you 🙏

Not listened to by GP, he had rote expectations, eg that just because my last surgery was more than 6 weeks ago that I shouldn’t still be experiencing pain, doesn’t listen, no empathy, always seems to be in a hurry and that dealing with my concerns is too much trouble, this has happened on several occasions
