I have been a customer of Enfield Skip for over six months, and this 6 times l have ordered 12 Yards skip my recent experience has left me quite disappointed. I ordered another 12-yard skip two weeks ago, and when they came to pick it up today, I encountered some unexpected changes in their policies that I wasn't aware of.

Despite my attempts to clarify the payment for an extension, the staff were uncooperative and refused to accept any solution. They returned the skip without even a quarter full, which is frustrating, especially considering my history with the company. Instead of helping, I was offered to order another skip and wait even longer for a resolution, which feels unprofessional.

As a businessman, I value customer service and always strive to assist my clients. Unfortunately, Enfield Skip's recent changes and management decisions have shown a lack of professionalism and consideration for their customers. I hope they can improve their services and communication in the future, as this experience has been very disappointing.

Easy to book online with the size skip I wanted. Delivered on time and skip was positioned exactly how I wanted it without me having to be on site. Emailed on a Saturday morning to say skip was ready for collection and then got a text saying that the truck was on its way and was picked up an hour later. No fuss ,easy to use and reliable. Will use again in future.

Waited one hour and 15 min for skip lorry to arrive phoned operator and told not picking up skip was booked for timed pick up told no pick today totally useless

I have used Enfield Skips twice and found their service to be excellent. Recently I ordered a skip on the phone at 9am and it was delivered by 9.45am!

I will definitely use again and would always recommend.

Recently, I used Enfield Skips for a project in Potters Bar. The driver, Sefer, was very professional and friendly. He effortlessly maneuvered the skip onto the drive without any hassle. We ordered a 4 yard midi skip for our home front garden clearing project, skip was delivered by a helpful driver, and good communication from thier excellent office staff. Rang for collection and this was arranged the same day. We would recommend this company and wi be using them again.
