Quite disappointed with the lads this time. Arranged for someone to come and pick up up a load of scrap metal from my home, was told someone would call to arrange a pickup time in the am. Ended up having to call them again as had heard nothing and was told 'oh I should have called you to rearrange.' very poor communication this time round when normally these lads are top notch

Complete terrible service! I tried for days to get them to make a pick up. They promising they would. Never happened. If you get someone called Tom think twice.
