Can I just say it would be nice if all business's were run like this one. From the engaged way in which the receptionists answer the phone to the way they handle queries and the updates that they give, they alone deserve 5 stars. The skip delivery driver was accurate and quick and the one who collected it again courteous quick and accurate. The price they quoted for a 5 yard skip £160 (or there abouts) included everything and there were no hidden extras. They collected on time at a time that was convenient to us and left no trace that it had been taken away, the waste was covered with an automated system on the truck. Brill stuff thank you!

Had 2 skips from Enviro skip hire over the past few days. The guys in the office did a great job helping drop and arrange pick up in a very timely manner with good communication and the drivers are very polite and helpful on collection. Thank you.

Excellent service...driver who dropped off the skip was so pleasant and helpful..and put planks of wood down on my drive...
The receptionist was lovely too when I called to have the skip collected...very helpful..driver who collected the skip also was pleasant...
This is the second skip I've had in 2 weeks and I would highly recommend...I will be ordering another one next week too...

Wouldn't take responsibility for the damage caused when skip was delivered! I was made to feel like I was lying! Very poor customer service!

Avoid! They destroy property and accept no liability.

Their driver came to collect and in the process snapped our gate off it's hinges beyond repair and uprooted it. When I raised this they replied that they accept no responsibility for accidental damage.

Appalling service considering how much money we spent with them. Won't be using again.

Feel free to use them if you want your property damaged and will have to pay more to fix!

Would not recommend this skip company other then being expensive they fail to deliver I was supposed to receive a 14yard skip on Wednesday to wait all day to not receive the skip I then contacted them to which they said we do apologise the skip will be with you from 8-16:00 the next day once again no skip showed for them to say it will be with you on Friday the skip still did not come for them to say the drive has broken down and sadly could not deliver the skip we will try and get you a cage for Saturday to receive a call back saying they can't get a cage and that they don't have anything available until Tuesday to be sent out even though I already paid for a service and they failed to deliver multiple times, I cancelled my order completely and have gone with a better skip company who are extremely cheaper for the same size skip

Ordered and paid for 5 yard skip. The skip that was delivered was just over 3 yards. The company refused to even measure the skip or entertain the fact they might be wrong. All the said is 'that's our 5 yard skip', 'that's what we call a 5 yard skip'.

When you think they must be doing this to everyone who orders a 5 yard skip, that's a lot of rubbish they're charging for and not taking!

I can't work our how to respond to your reply, but to be clear, the external dimensions of the skip were 1.6m x .9m x 1.5m (at the bottom) and 2.2m at the top.

Given the wedge shape of the skip if you take the average length as 1.85m then 1.6m x .9m x 1.85m = 2.66 cubic meters which is about 3.5 cubic yards.
