Would not recommend. Waste of time. Apparently this is fair condition as they have marked me down as “heavy” wear and tear on the bezel’s. Also when they returned the phone it was in a cardboard sleeve inside a plastic pouch with no bubble wrap or anything, and on the outside nothing to say it was fragile or contains a battery, so when I got it returned it got posted through the letter box with about a 1 meter drop onto the floor. Not very good for a “professional company”.

Bought two refurbished phones recently both have turned up with more damage than expected. First one was down as 'excellent' condition but had dd marks all under the glass of the screen so had to return. 2nd ordered was down as "good" conditon it's absolutely battered. I've had the same phone for 6 years and it's less damaged than this "good" condition replacement. Easy enough to return them but the inconvenience and time taker to do so warrants this review. No solutions apart from returns.

Excellent company, process etc. used this company a few times to sell and buy my phones. Only company I would trust and highly recommend to all my friends.Whole process from beginning to end takes less than a week.
No quibbles just straight forward process.

Claimed my phone was unlocked, it wasn’t
Claimed my phone was not the model I quoted
So took 2 thirds of the quoted price off me.
Even the customer service chat thing was talking rubbish. And making out I was lying? How can a phone be unlocked if it never has been, since I bought it. Testers mucking about that’s what I say!!!!

Excellent. Better than average and service provider quotes for two mobiles post upgrade. As well as covering packaging and lower level postage, they acknowledged receipt of phones and honoured the quotes within 48hrs and wife has just confirmed money in our account. Would use again and recommend. Mind you might be three years time as phone hardware costs walked this contract to 36mths. Thx.

Sold my faulty galaxy flip 4, was offered a lot more than anywhere else online. Phone was perfect condition, apart from inner screen damage. Was given more than the offer price so I was very happy! They received phone and was paid the next day. Would definitely user again. And may think about using them to buy as well, when I need to. Thank you

This company engages in unethical business practices. I sent two faulty phones to them, which they initially quoted at £70 and £80. One of the phones was sent with its original box. I accurately described their condition as faulty and smashed. However, upon receiving the phones, the company significantly reduced their offer to £15 and £20, which is a massive reduction. I declined their offer and requested the phones to be returned.

When I received them back, the phone I had sent with the box was returned without it. I contacted their customer service, and they responded with the following: 'We accept the return of mobile phone/device boxes, battery chargers, and mobile phone/device accessories, but they do not increase mobile phone/device value and will not be returned if requested.'

This has caused my item to lose value, as the box alone could sell for £10-£20 on platforms like eBay. I find this practice unacceptable."
