Awful company stay clear! If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I contacted them in June to come and collect from our office, they said they would and quoted a reasonable price. They were insistent that we pay up front and the collection would be made within 3 - 10 days, so we paid in good faith. The collection never happened, despite numerous chasing emails, phone calls (to which there were very few responses). Initially they always had a reason as to why it hadn't been collected (busy, sickness, vehicle issues), then they just stopped any communication, this had been going on for 3 months!! We then said that due to no response we had arranged for another company to collect (who were very efficient and collected the following day!) and that we would like a refund, initially their accounts department said they would issue a refund, until a few days later someone arrived to collect the item (despite telling Envirotech Recycling that the item was now collected). Good job it had been collected by the other company as the person that came to collect was ill-equipped to have been able to take it away if it was still there. The person collecting said he wasn't surprised that it had already been collected by another company as it happens a lot!! Envirotech Recycling are now disputing the refund saying that they have collected the item despite CCTV clearly showing it wasn't them! Also a member of our staff assisted the 2 people that came from the other company load their van! It's been 4 months now and the saga continues.....

First time we have used Envirotech, everyone we have come into contact with has been professional and polite. Michael and his partner were punctual and polite and removed our Lithium batteries with the minimum of fuss. Thanks so much lads, keep up the good work. Dave F.

Envirotech not only offered the best price for emptying our old heating oil tank but they also provided the best customer service. Darren, the guy who came with the truck to collect the oil went way and above to get the oil out of our old tank. Totally recommend…..

UPDATED REVIEW Service finally provided 6 weeks late and only after Service of 'Without Prejudice' correspondence pointing out Envirotech's continuing breach of S.52 Consumer Rights Act 2015. Additionally, I was threatened that unless and until I removed my earlier review, (see below), the service for which I had paid £170 6 weeks earlier would not be provided. To date, Envirotech has now refused to provide the legally required environmental paperwork for which the company charged me £25 +VAT. A further Without Prejudice letter reiterating the continuing breach of S.52 has failed to elicit a response save for a further threat that unless I remove my accurate and objective review, the environmental paperwork will be withheld. Probably time for the Director of Envirotech Recycling UK Ltd to step in and manage the company's employees and ensure the provision of the documents to which I am legally entitled and for which I have paid. ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■ Should be a no stars review. I received a quote to remove hosting oil from a decommissioned oil tank. The quote was £120 all inclusive. When I set up a collection date the quote was increased to include £25 for "environmental paperwork" and VAT on £145 bringing the total to £174. I paid the invoice after confirming in writing with Envirotech Recycling UK Ltd that transport was booked and in my area. The oil would be collected by the end of the week. This was a condition precedent of the contract. This was on 01/07/24. I paid £174 to Envirotech and advised them in writing that the invoice had been paid by bank transfer The oil has still not been collected (17/07/24) in spite of chasing in writing on 05/07/24 and 14/07/24. This company has taken money for a service it has not performed and has not responded to any communications. Wholly unacceptable and to be formally pursued.

The second time of using this company and as last time great customer service, collected with no messing around. Fantastic service guys. Keep up the good work.

Had the pleasure of this fine company to carry out a waste oil collection at one of our sites which our original collectionpeople let us down with .they were great to deal with robert who arranged and took care of everything was a pleasure to deal with ..his tanker and driver arrived to site as agread and went up and above to ensure all was taken care of .highly recommended. Wouldn't use any other company they now do all of our sites..

First and foremost, their customer service is exceptional. Their team is always friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to any questions or concerns. They make scheduling pickups easy and flexible, and they always arrive on time to collect the used cooking oil, we use Envirotech for 2 years and they are the best in this business thank you guys

Bensons let me down so got in touch with Envirotech. Speedy collection with invoice and certificate paid quickly. Couldn’t ask for more, cheers
