I’m changing this review back to 1 star as I’ve had a really bad experience with this company. Initially, I reached out to them about getting some metal collected, this was back in December and I still hadn’t heard anything in March. After leaving a negative review, the company suddenly contacts me apologising and asking if I can delete or change the review. After I changed the review, they persisted to ignore me again when I asked if they would still come and collect my metal. This company really needs to work on their customer service. You won’t get negative reviews if you dealt with customers correctly in the first place.

Very happy with the service from Epsom Scrap Metal. I had an old copper water cylinder which I was given a very fair price for and with a very friendly service. Payment came through very quickly. I would certainly recommend Epsom Scrap Metal and will take any future non ferrous metals to them.
