The driver damaged the pavement outside our home when picking up the skip we had hired causing substantial and a potential trip hazard. unfortunately now 6 weeks on and 5 complaints with promises to have the pavement fixed it has still not been rectified. Clearly doesn't care about public safety or fixing their mistakes.

Horrific service.

On 2 separate occasions (almost a year apart) we ordered an 8 yard skip and when they were delivered we received a 6 yard skip resulting in a 2-3 day wait while they attempted to be swap them over. This delayed gardening, contractors and additional equipment time as we were told we couldn’t fill the skip they’d incorrectly delivered.

So thanks a lot! I would not recommend.

ETM provide our business (Mendip Construction SW Limited) with reliable and exceptional service, on occasions at short notice. All the office staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Unprofessional service, removed the skip with no notice, leaving a mess and damaging property. Customer Service unhelpful in any way shape or form. Avoid at all costs, competitors provide a much better service.

ETM Recycling caused damage to my neighbours property back in April 2022 when their driver knocked the lamppost down outside my property. ETM are now continually fobbing us off and wasting our time. Harvey Lawrence - Transport and service delivery manager - has twice promised that a contractor will be round to fix the damage but no one ever shows. Unprofessional! Avoid!

Ordered a skip through their broker Mick George and it’s been a disaster.

Skip arrived two days late. Then it was due to be collected on 22nd and skip still here.

Driver was friendly who dropped it off. Girl on the phone unhelpful and told call broker. No help whatsoever. Computer says no job.

Do not trust this company (ETM Recycling)

A skip lorry hired by my roofers knocked down my front garden wall last October. It was properly and politely reported to us and to the company by the driver, with photos and our contact details, but no-one then made any contact with me.
I had to search to discover their exact name/address details online (ETM Recycling) and phone to demand repairs. It still took some time to connect with the right manager but they did NOTHING except delay and prevaricate.
Eventually, I got a local builder to repair the wall and sent them the bill, but they made no effort at all to help in any way, they insisted on photographic evidence, and in total it took nearly 6 months to complete the repair and get the bill paid.
They paid my builder's invoice eventually, but did not offer any recompense for all the work and effort I had to put in myself, to clean up the damage after them, to arrange the repairs myself, nor for the long period of living behind an unsightly collapsed front wall.

ETM Recycling deserve NEGATIVE stars- do not use them!
