Knowingly sold me a slam panel which was broken and then refused to take it back and refund me. Tried to say the piece of moulded panel which was missing must have been removed and sold to somebody else. Strange how it was clearly in place on the other side. Wouldn't recommend them and certainly would never use them again. Trading standards here I come

Do not use spent 160 pounds today and doors were wrong size went straight back to rectify this issue and was told no refund s were aloud I had been gone about 40 minutes from purchase... wasn't even willing to rectify problem with right product I have spoken to trading standards and they are aware of several complaints... I was not told no refund at time of purchase and all he had to say is he will have words ....do not use

DO NOT USE.

They don't care about whether the parts they're breaking can actually be used. Sold me a bumper which they've clearly ripped off the car, corner mounts are completely missing and support cracked.
By this point I'd already had the bumper sprayed..

I arranged to collect a bumper and tail lights and informed them I was coming from South wales ,couldn't leave a deposit as they wouldn't give me any details and when I got there no bumper and very rude and refused to cover my fuel cost after their FAULT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

After helping get the part off..told it was working..charge me £50..it didn't work..took it back to show him..he said no refund..this a scrap yard..Beware if you go here expect NO REFUND..IT DOSENT SAY THAT ANY WHERE..
