Timothy Kembery at Eurotech Spares Ltd / Euro Test Spares Ltd is a cheat and a liar. We had the unlucky experience of being one of Timothy's suppliers. He purchased an item from us on ebay. Once they received the item they opened a return request saying the item is not as described. When they put further information in the return request, I was shocked that they sent a picture of what they received and said it is not what is in the title and description. Normally this is just a mistake that can easily be worked out with a buyer. Buyer admits they made a mistake and then pays to return the item for a refund. No, not Timothy at Eurotech. He is a cheat who tries to defeat the ebay return policy to get a free return paid for by us. I have sent a few messages and calls to Timothy at Eurotech but he refuses to call back to discuss the problem. We finally get a response that just insists on sending it back without any communication.

For those who are technical and want to see how obvious this fraudulent return is. Timothy purchased 100 quantity of USB 3.0 A to B cables. Picture labelled "1" is what we sent him. Picture labelled "2" is what he received. Same, correct? He also states that these are not A to B cables. If you search ebay or google images for "USB 3.0 USB A TO B CABLE", you will see thousands of results showing these are in fact the correct item supplied. These will match both pictures I have put in this review. I can only imagine they wanted to purchase USB 2.0 cables so they can bundle them with the hundreds of refurbished printers they sell. Anyone with minimal tech knowledge will know that USB 3.0 cables cannot be used with USB 2.0 printers.

Instead of admitting to their mistake, they made a double down forcing us to pay for their mistake. It isn't really about the money we had to pay for their committing fraud. It just gives a bad feeling knowing how plain unethical some people can be. In summary, please if you are considering doing business with Timothy Kembery or anyone else at Eurotech Spares, think twice. If this is how they treat their suppliers, you can only imagine how horribly they must treat their customers. Just look at their eBay reviews! Plenty of times they scammed their customers. In addition you should not trust a technology supplier that does not know what a USB 3.0 cable is.
