My wife unfortunately fell and as it turned out broke a couple of ribs while on holiday in the Cotswolds. We were directed to Evesham Minor Injuries Unit for treatment.
The kindness and professionalism of the staff were outstanding and I want to thank you all for looking after my wife so well.

Absolutely appalling!! The closing times states that they shut at 9pm. I was there last night at 8.45. My daughters situation would of taken 10 minutes and they refuse to see her because they say that their last patient is at 8:30 which I think is very unfair. Instead I had to sit 7 1/2 hours in A&E in Worcester. Me and my 7 year oldnever went to bed till 6 o’clock in the morning. Before they would sort a 10 minute situation where it states that they are still open. Great job thanks for thinking of my child laying on 2 hospitals seats going to sleep knowing the wait times in Worcester is Horrendous!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely appalling service. Waited for two and a half hours (of which only 4 people had gone in by then after similar long waits). Apparently there were three members of staff 'working', but you wouldn't know. No communication of any delays of anything else whatsoever. Desk area was only manned sporadically. You could occasionally hear members of staff behind closed doors. Once I was finally called in by the nurse Jackie, I was asked what assistance I required. You would have thought after 150 mins of waiting that there may have been some form of recognition of this and also an awareness of my condition since this was verbally required in an open-forum of a waiting room and was added to the system. This therefore didn't fill me with much confidence straight away. I explained that I needed an X-Ray on my elbow following lifting some heavy cases a week previously. Without explaining anymore, I was immediately offered a diagnosis of tennis elbow upon which the area of concern was pushed in with my arm then being lifted and twisted in various angles. I suggested that I am well aware of that condition as I have suffered from that on numerous occasions being a gymnast previously. I said this was different as I had numbness in my fingers and needed an X-Ray to rule a potential fracture out. Jackie smirked at me and said she wouldn't refer me on for this. I was livid at this unproffesional and uncaring diagnosis and attitude especially after waiting for so long. I thought the NHS had a duty of care for their patients but seemed more concerned with gossiping behind the closed doors as we could all hear what as being said. There was also reference to the delay as they were entitled to a lunch break - what all three of members of staff at the same time? When we saw a patient leave after being called up and seen we all thought at last we are going in for our turn but the change over of patients took 30 mins or so until the next person was called - please check the CCTV for this. No wonder the NHS is in such a mess - no management, no communication and no or limited care. Please sort this out as this is shocking.

My wife needed four stitches in a finger wound. I’m giving 10/10 for professionalism and sensitivity. Brilliant work all round. Thank you so much. Please use this facility as we need to keep our NHS services locally. God bless!

Speedy, personal treatment from 2 dedicated staff... obviously understaffed but didn't allow that to detract from the professional service they offered.Treated in a timely fashion, with care and useful information. You both deserve a bouquet of thanks.

Called as asked - no one answered the phone !!

The information given was wrong, website was wrong. They seem more interested in the free lunches. It stank of food for hours and apart from the great nurse / doctor, no one was doing anything. Left without x ray or treatment - had to wait too long. The doctor was the only one doing any work.
