Ordered and paid online. Skip delivered at 8:50am I wasn't at the property but driver rang to ask exactly where I wanted it placed on drive. Very pleasant chap. Will definitely use again. Not the dearest and probably not cheapest but I like reliability and am happy with what I paid.

Ordered a skip and within 24hrs it was on my driveway! Delivered by a lovely smiley chap! Requested collection of the skip and in less than a couple of hours the skips being collected! I am into construction business. The reason I choose them this time was they were £20 cheaper than the one I usually use. When my worked finished I called them to arrange pick up and they said that they will charge £20 extra to remove the skip as it is overloaded. I am into this business for about 8 years now and have had used plenty of skips so I know what is normal and what is overloaded. I think it is just one of their business scheme to earn extra money. Just for everyones knowledge I have attached a picture so that everyone can decide whether the skip is overloaded. I said the same thing to them and now they have changed their tone and are saying that I need to remove the extra stuff from the top and make it level as the skip. In my life I have not heard any skip company to say this to me. One of the lady I spoke with was very rude. I will never use this company ever again. It has been 2 months now and the skip still has not been removed. Stay away from them if you want a hassele free life.

Booked a skip and it was delivered 2 days later as arranged. I emailed to have it collected and even though they warn it could take 4 days they collected it the next business day. Really friendly delivery guy too. All round a pleasant company to work with.
