Inconsiderate parking. I had to twice take my pram with a three week old baby on to a busy road as they’d completely blocked the pavement (there’s no pavement on the other side of the road).

What a fantastic company. They made moving much less stressful. Everything was packed by us previously, large items were flattened. They came in and worked so quickly and efficiently to move our items to our new house. They were all so warm and friendly and very down to earth. All items were handled with care, even our broken settee! They moved a large Hammond organ without issue, same with two very heavy slate planters that still had the plants in situ. You won't regret using this company!

Highly recommend Lee and his team. Fitted our move in very quickly and thank God he had the foresight to load some of our stuff into 2 vans the day before because we ended up needing 3 vans! Very friendly and very professional and worked quickly and solidly throughout both days until the job was completed.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Despite having 2 confirmation emails and speaking with them 3 days before our move this Company failed to turn up on the morning. I have written proof and written confirmation from them saying everything was booked in and they would be with us at 8.30am yet when we rang them at 9am they denied everything!!!! Luckily for us Matthews from Bridgend stepped in and did a wonderful job for a better price. Do not trust these cowboys with your belongings or your move they will wreck your day. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

We were recommended FC Brookes by a friend who too had used them for their home move. They were brilliant from enquiry to the completion of the move!! Friendly, helpful and respectful staff. They made a stressful event smooth and easy. They packed everything the day before and dismantled big items and moved us the next. (Assembling everything on the other side too!) No breakages either!! I cannot thank you enough!! I would recommend no one else for home moves! Thank you.

Spoke to Lee on Monday to confirm what time they would be arriving on Thursday to pack for the move on Friday. Then just after 8am on Tuesday received this text nessage. 3 days before the move I had to phone around for another removal company.
Unorganised and unprofessional.

Hi mrs Owen I'm really sorry but my lorry has got to go in for mot on Friday . So I am unable able to move you on Friday .
I am really sorry to mess you around .
I could do it for you Thursday if that's any good ?
