This site has provided very good service for years. Suggestion to improve website - change the shown hours to match the season as they vary

The fact you have to book a slot these days and not just turn up when you like is a bit of a ball ache I can’t lie. Staff are friendly though

We had booked a 5 o'clock appointment on a Saturday. We arrived 5 minutes early, but were let in straight away and were allocated the bay closest to the wood, which was the one we needed. It all went very smoothly. The guys working there were friendly and helpful.

Social distancing measures have been abandoned. There's a system for booking a visit, but no one checked my registration number when I arrived (and I was five minutes early). All parking spaces are now in use again. Staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. The site was, as always, easy to use.

Perfect recycling centre. Polite and helpful staff. Clean, tidy and organised.

Staff are always helpful and friendly & the centre is tidy and well laid out. Booked a slot & even though a lorry was in, was still in & out within our 30min slot. Keep up the good work Kev and your team
