Rip off - recovered my car off the motorway under direction of highways and then tried to charge me extra fake fees. Had to get Highways Agency to put them right. Avoid these guys like the plague.

After a family member had a bad car accident (I'd drove over to pick them up), FAM came to collect the car from the side of the motorway and they were fantastic at a really bad time.

The person that collected the car was friendly and explained everything that would happen next and what we would needed to do.

Later in the day, I called to their site to pick up everything from the car and the people there in oarticular the person I spoke to on reception and the person that brought the car out, were really friendly and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed from it, even though it took a bit of sorting due to the damage to the car.

Really can't thank them enough, they really helped our family out, as some of the things in the car I couldn't get to, but they sorted for us, are really important to the family and the extra help was really appreciated.

Driving from Scotland on Tuesday 7th March to Bradford with an LGV confined space simulator, old lorry but usually runs great, started having problems with the brakes, did not want to drive any further, pulled into a layby 30 miles from Bradford and called the Rac, then received a text to say they would be with us in 90 mins, which was rubbish, called Rac back after two hours of sitting in -3 freezing weather, only to be told they haven't even found anyone to come and get us, eventually someone called us to say they were coming but it would take two hours as they were coming from Manchester, the guy that this company sent was a godsend, very friendly, let us sit in his warm truck while he hooked up to our truck, drove us to Bradford and also fixed the problem, cannot fault this company, five star treatment, just wished i had caught the guys name to thank him again. Great Service.

The staff is very helpful not like the police who needs to confirm you can collect your seized vehicle. Overall if you have all necessary paperwork and an approval from a police, FAM will release in no time. They don't waste your time on site. Thanks again
