Useless tip. Won't accept a broken wood chair. Won't accept a mattress, even with labels. Won't accept polystyrene packaging.

Don’t take textiles! Just driven 15 mile round trip to drop a car load of textiles only to be told that they only take clothing! So a car full of bed linen, sheets, blankets, etc, apparently is not textiles.

Children is not allowed on site if you don't allow children why you sale staff for them we come to bay bicycle for my daughter and she start crying when they say to her to wait inside the car this is not acceptable at all

Contacted them recently to ask about getting rid of a washing machine. I spoke to Lorna who arranged for her driver to collect it free of charge, this was all done within a few hours of me contacting them! Lorna was polite, very professional and gave a great service.. Thank you Lorna
