TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE!
The skip couldn't be delivered even though i specified that it was for on road parking. And then their customer service went straight to voicemail everytime, still struggling to get my money back!

Horrible company. We’ve been waiting all week for confirmation where the skip supposed to arrive the day after. Somebody showed up 5 days later after chasing them on multiple occasions. Their driver called while being outside without even 5 mins notice at 6:50am and left immediately. I opened the door 5 mins later. And he just messaged me back saying sorry mate I couldn’t wait. The worst service ever don’t recommend wasting your time

Ordered and paid for builders skip a week in advance. Date of delivery arrived and no skip AM, phone office, could not find order, put me on hold for 5 mins. then asked if they could phone me back. An hour later phoned them again to be advised there was an error at thier end skip would now be the following day. took a days holiday to load it...no compensation poor service.

Ordered a skip last week to come home yesterday and find it had already been taken away not even a call to tell me, or anything visible on email to give a date it would be taken so I’ve paid £372 for a skip that I’ve not even half filled because no communication.
Shocking service definitely won’t use again which is unfortunate as I run a business that requires a lot of skips.

Ordered a skip a month ago on a day i had pre qrranged the whole house
Hold to be able to help with the removal pre moving house. Skip hadnt arrived by lunch. Contacted them to say it hadnt was told 4.30. Skip arrived jyst before 7pm.
As we no longer had any days off together, we then started dokng bits after work as and shen we could. Only to be told it was being collected after 7 days and if we wanted it longer we had to pay extra.
Never have i had a skip and it been delivered at that time of day nor been limited in how long we had it,
neither if those things was made clear at booking.

Used Fast Skips to remove waste from my brothers house. It was really important that the skip was delivered on time as I was traveling to his to load it. Skip was there exactly when I needed it and was removed promptly too. Great service!

Dreadful business and not sure they are an actual legal company . Paid for a skip and selected the date they offered. They took £270 instantly for the skip and confirmed the date. 30 minutes later they sent me a text saying my skip wasn’t available. On calling them to complain that they had my money for something then couldnt give, they were very rude, hung up on me a few times, laughed when I said I needed a skip because my child was in hospital and so I’d missed the local refuse, and said I might not receive my £270 back for 5 days. I have no skip, am short £270 and feel very upset that these people treat humans this way.
