I had the absolute worst experience with FBS Motor Salvage. I purchased a part for my vehicle, only to find out it didn’t fit. When I tried to return it, they outright refused to refund me and instead insulted me in their yard. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service is shocking. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely poor customer service and customer support. Very poor communication skills from all the staff and complete disregard for customer needs and concerns. Definitely not recommended and if I could have scored them 0 stars I would! Unfortunately that option is not available!!!

Very quick at picking up your car terribly at paying you have had trouble getting the money still not been paid after a wk will now have to report this to police as theft of my car would never use again cowboy outfit and will see if we are paid as I fear that we won't see a penny from them
