Very disappointed with the New layout of the recycling centre, very steep metal steps to carry the waste up to each container. There is a metal rim on the front of each step, which I have tripped on several time, I feel this is very dangerous. Surely I'm not the only one who has done this ?
The Staff are always cheerful and the site provides a good service.
