Luke and his team recently carried out a house clearance at the home my mother-in-law had occupied for over fifty years. It was a sizeable job, including a loft, garden and shed. Luke was quick to come to assess the job, and flexible on dates.
In the first instance, Luke underestimated the scale of the job and the return to him, and his price was over optimistic. This led to a certain amount of to and fro, which we and he could have done without; however, the final price was still reasonable (indeed we would have been happy to pay it if he had come up with it in the first instance), and he and his team did a good and thorough job. He turned up when he said he would (crucial when a sale completion date is looming), and carried on until the job was completed to our satisfaction. We would recommend Featherstone for house clearance.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
From start to finish I cannot fault Luke and his team. The price was very competitive and the job was completed quickly and efficiently.
For me, the most important attribute Luke has, is his compassion. Asking Luke to empty this property was absolutely heartbreaking to myself and my sister. Luke was empathic and treated us both with dignity and respect during this time. Thank you, thank you and thank you.
