The item supplied was very rusty, (they could have run a wire brush over it),it was also missing a part and another part was damaged. My fitter had to cannibalise the existing item to to replace the missing part and to repair the damaged part, because of this extra work and time he charged me an extra £10 on top of the quote he had given me, unlikely FINE SPARES will refund this amount.
Fine Spares also on their website attempt to take away a customer Statutory Rights, (Consumer Rights Act 2015), by stating no refunds unless faulty and no postage refunded, they even state "refund excludes carriage fee" on their invoice they send with the part.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that when buying at a distance the consumer can without reason return the item by informing the sell within 14 days and returning the item within another 14 days, including outbound postage.
Unless Fine Spares remove this illegal statement I will report them to Trading Standards.

This is 5-star review for Fine Spares used car parts.
Somebody broke my window in London on my old Honda Accord (2001). I am full insured unfortunately my insurance company couldn’t find original glass and tried to sell me of market glass. I refused and asked them to find me original glass. I haven’t heard from them for a while and needed new solution.
My neighbour recommended to do it myself. So, I searched on google for the right fitting glass but couldn’t find one luckily, I found Fine Spares.
They had original part which was reasonably priced even with delivery. Part arrived exactly when they told me it will and glass perfectly fitted my car as promised. Great, quick, professional service, highly recommended.
