We recently moved my mother in law from Dorset to Berkshire. It was a complicated move due to several reasons, but the team at First-Rate Removals were amazing from the first phone call, all the way through the loading, storing, unloading and to the final box being unpacked.

Andres and the team were amazing for our move, the heat alone made the move a challenge, we ended up moving on the hottest days of the year. The team packed all our stuff, most of it the day before and the final bits on the day of the move. We have a lot of stuff but it was carefully packed and loaded into four vans. The team kept us informed all the way through and checked if they were unsure about any particular items. All six members of the team were friendly, respectful and attentive, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend first rate removal and Andres and the team.

Highly recommend. One of the best and easiest pricing around including dismantling and putting together of furniture. Lots of communication throughout the day which was appreciated! 2 guys we had were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. First Rate Removals helped us move to the South West this week. Everything went so well, having had a bad experience with another move in March where furniture got broken, the mover had a go at me and my neighbours' car was damaged, Andres and his team were a breath of professional air!! I had a last minute move in London. The boys were super careful and helpful. We had to unexpectedly take apart some furniture which they did without any problems. Would really recommend them.

In terms of time, they start a timer when they start and stop it when finished to ensure payment is clear. No hidden fees!
