I have dealt with FJL many times over the last few years, both personally and through my business. Always great prices, extra helpful and friendly. Frazer the owner has helped out with so many local community issues and projects at the drop of a hat many times, getting us out of some sticky situations!

service is a disgrace, bins are always late, staff have no manners and frankly very rude on the phone, their attitude stinks and always act as if my business account is a burden on them, if you do not want to provide a service please say so and we can take our rubbish collected by someone else. AVOID at all cost. Service you will be ashamed off. BINS will over flow for weeks, they only have one driver so is always sick or magically covid positive every time they miss a collection.

Where to even start? Absolutely disgraceful company ran by fraudsters with the most disgusting moral values that I have ever dealt with. Absolutely terrible experience with FJL Services. The staff were unbelievably rude and unprofessional from the start. They manipulated and deceived me as a customer, making promises they had no intention of keeping, and taking advantage of my trust.

Everyday a new excuse to not collect rubbish piling up on our premises, to the extent that worms form inside the bags. Instead of owning up the fact that their service is poor they try to blame you. One day the driver is sick, one day his lorry is broke down, one day his wife is in the hospital, one day his leg is broken.

If you are unable to provide a service, just say so! There are thousands of companies that will! Their operations reek of fraud and dishonesty. If you value your sanity, wallet, and dignity, stay far away from these scammers. This is, without a doubt, the most horrendous service experience I have ever endured.

No, we have not had any apology from all the staff members that we have been in contact with for the last few months in regards to them manipulating and lying through their teeth. The issue here is not health and safety when a 5’3 employee is able to carry all bags by herself and move them from one area to another, without any problems and issues. The issues here is that the solutions you are talking about could have been communicated without you purposefully missing collections to our premises, and gaslighting us that we are the issue.

Their practices are nothing short of fraudulent. Truly the worst service I've ever encountered. Reported to the Citizens Bureau, local council and Companies house. What a disgrace!

*ALL our invoices have been paid in FULL, and bank statements say so. Unless you are keeping invoices from us and are delaying them on purpose to later use against us, which is not in your favour.*

Have used FJL for the past 4 years for skips on various projects. when asked for skips there on the day they said and drivers are always happy to put skip where you want it. And great prices to. Would definitely recommend and have done. Great work all round at FJL!

Really quick and easy to set up, the first collection was prompt even over the Christmas period. Couple of teething issues but the customer service team resolved these straight away. Would recommend.
