My partner used this company and they picked a skip up from our house at 6:30AM! I thought I'd learned my lesson, but hadn't, and tried to use them for my business.

I paid for a skip that never arrived. After speaking to Fletchers on the phone, they told me that their online booking system often breaks and they'd arrange a refund. Even after I emailed proof of purchase and transaction being settled, there was still no refund. Then after calling numerous times over two weeks, no refund. After emailing, no refund. They say they'll call back, they don't. It's been almost a month.

So, I have been forced to raise a dispute with the bank, as I am being ignored by Fletchers. I would have preferred to not have to do this.

Avoid this company. Plenty of others in the area who are much more reliable and courteous. I mean, who picks up skips from a residential street at 6:30AM for a start? And then outright ignores an honest request for refund because their broken online system takes payment but doesn't process orders? Avoid.

Would give 0 if I could. Appalling customer service. Booked a skip for Saturday and it just never turned up, no call or email. Closed Sunday so over the weekend we had building work done which had to be stored down the side of my house, which meant instead of the builders putting it in the skip, i had to which put works back further. Called on the Monday and the guy who answered was so nonchalant, didn't care at all. Fast forward a week, no pickup on Saturday, no pick up Monday, or Tuesday. So emailed ok Tuesday asking for an update, it's now Wednesday, no email and the skip is still on my drive.

If you need / want a prompt service, avoid this place!! Shambles.

Cheapest skip hire I found easy to book online using there website cane the next day delivery was prompt and collection great communication all way through the process will definitely be recommending to family and friends

Getting through on the phone is a nightmare, then you're promised a delivery day and it doesn't happen.
This isn't a one-off. I've ordered 2 skips from them, one arrived 3 days late and the 2nd one hasn't arrived yet whilst being promised 2 days ago. Tried calling to find out what's happening and no answer.

They collected the skip early. They ignored complaints. I would not trust them again. They aren’t ethical in my experience.

Rubbish company, do not use them for domestic skip here. Ordered a skip for the Monday and it didn’t turn up. Promised by customer support I would have a skip for the next day and once again it didn’t arrive. Applying customer service and no response apart from we can give you a refund. No discount offered. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend to anyone needing a reliable skip hire.

Can't fault Fletcher's at all. Dropped the skip off before 7am on the day and collected with no fuss - neither time I was in the house.
Had to contact them over a collection query and they were nothing but helpful.
Genuinely about to book another skip from them.
