Terrible welcome yesterday. I had walked in to the store and had picked up an item from the shelf to look at, Immediately the floor staff member came right beside me and acted as though she was putting items away on the shelf right next to me, Did not welcome me or say anything atall. There was another shopper opposite in the clothes section shopping without "supervision". I had stuck up conversation with the floor team member regarding the set to confirm all items were part of this awesome deal. I had asked can you confirm which items belong to the set. She had answered very rudely, "You can read what is written on the label can't you". I had then asked again can you confirm what items are in the set, To which she huffed everything with the same pattern on, why would we break up the set. I had then walked away from this area to be greeted by a LOVELY lady behind the counter whom appeared to have physical disability and was so uplifting and kind we spoke for a while and I left the store. I do not know what was at play here in the other floor team members mind however it was discrimination. I had later happened to walk by the store after purchasing from another shop on the same row. and Heard the same shop assistant saying goodbye and thank you to another customer on the way out. Unkind service and these kinds of mentalities should be vetted carefully before working in store.
