Whilst I may have presented them with a challenge, being a classic rally car, their response was "we would have to rewire the car!" To simply sort out an inspection revcounter. No offer to do other needed work. Simply not prepared to touch it. The reason put forward "that we have to standby our work and guarantee it" hardly demonstrates confidence they can handle anything complex. No phone call to suggest alternatives, discuss the solution. Very disappointed in their attitude in solving customers problems.

Went today to get a tow bar fitted on my Kia Sportage. The work was carried out very profisiontly and in good time. Very pleased with the service. My only grip would be having to sit on the other side of the street while I waited. Good job I brought my own chair and flask. I would not have minded sitting outside in there lot but felt it a bit much to have to sit on the other side of the road.

Awful customer service. Rude, threatening and no respect.
Through situations out of my control I had to cancel my appointment. My phone network was down so couldn't phone in sooner. The second I asked about their cancellation policy and it's legality, they got nasty. I was not made aware about said policy when I booked the appointment and they kept saying it's on the website when it's not.
Completely unreasonable bullies. I might have paid it if they hadn't been so reactive and completely uncompassionate to the fact that I've just been rendered homeless.
At least I'm leaving the area so their continued threats will go unnoticed.

A towbar fitted on a C3 Aircross, as always and excellent job and well within the timescale given. A pleasant service throughout at the right price. Second time they have done a job for me.
