I brought a set of 4 x Air vents on ebay as my ones where completely ruined, I purchased as a guest and couldn't leave feedback so I can here to tell you about my experience. I just can't praise this company enough for the hard work and dedication they have taken to get the products out to me within a timely manner even though we had a bank holiday as well. The item came as mentioned, no damage, perfect condition for used condition, I would defiently use this company again for there outstanding service. I also emailed them as I wanted to know when I would be receiving my item as previously mentioned i checked out as a guest and I couldn't track but with an hour or so they replied explaining the item should be with me within the give time and stated an extra day could be added due to bank holiday, but honestly thank you so much focus city you have really made my car look the bee's again.

Bought various parts from these guys, had one issue which was promptly resolved! More recently I purchased a steering wheel to enable cruise control in my Focus, I said my Focus was low mileage and would they have a wheel comparable, they said it would have signs of use but what showed up looked better than my original.

Needed an interior panel for my Ford Focus CC3 Cabriolet; a relatively uncommon car. I sent a message through their Facebook page today (Bank Holiday Monday during the Covid-19 pandemic) with my photo, received a reply in about five minutes directing me to their Ebay listing, bought it and it will be here this week. It simply doesn't get any better than this. This is the second time I have used them (remember your door mirrors when reversing!) and they were also excellent then. I recommend them unreservedly.
