Amazing! Where do I start.. Office staff super friendly and helpful even when I was on the phone stressing about it all (sorry girls). The team that arrived on moving day to move us 60 + miles were incredible, respectful of our property and belongings, friendly, hardworking and did a fantastic job. Can’t thank you all enough. The size of the moving truck nearly had me on the floor but Lee did a fantastic job at getting it down the very narrow street and was mindful of neighbours cars too. Just brilliant from start to finish. Definitely recommend this company!

We have used Focus on three occasions
Twice were fine
We have just used them to move us and they were horrendous.
THREE tv broke. No covers used as stated on quote for mattress and sofas. Front door frame broke and they weren't going to tell me.
Tried for over a week to get some form of claim of the insurance we paid for.
Finally got a call off sales to say the van lads disagree and basically not going to do anything about it.
Manager always unavailable to speak to and apparently he can't use a mobile to call.
Absolutely disgraceful and glad I work in public sector as I will let as many people know about this as possible.
Appointment booked with solicitors as this needs sorting

This company was sub contracted by Bishops Move and I cannot praise them high enough. Friendly and competent staff who successfully fit a quart into a pint pot with very little issues. On top of a very big move from Thurrock to the Hampshire coast, they excelled and just did a terrific job.

The office staff were really helpful and juggled things around to help me out. Leah especially was absolutely great! The lads were Great turned up on time packed everything into the lorry quickly and professionally. It was quite a treck as I was moving counties but they made the move as smooth as it could possible be. Would recommend

I used Focus Removals to move me and found that from booking to collection to delivery all aspects of the service were extremely professional. Communication beforehand was excellent even a courtesy call the night before to ensure everything was still on track. On the day, the team of three were quiet, tidy and extremely careful when removing my belongings and when arriving at my new place ensured that everything was placed where I wanted it to be. There was even the need to take off a door so as to fit a treadmill which they did with minimal fuss Hopefully i won't need to move again but if I did these would be my first and only point of call.

Our experience with Focus Removals and Storage from beginning to end was absolutely excellent. We had them for a few weeks before our move which enabled us to load it up, as and when we had some free time. A few days before our move the belongings was taken away and dropped off at our new place, five days after moving. We unloaded it in stages when time allowed. It was picked up a week after it was dropped off. Having them was fantastic and made things so much easier on move day as we had packed as much stuff as we could. All the staff we dealt with were exceedingly helpful and professional, from the Office staff to the delivery and pick up staff. Very grateful for all their help, nothing ever seemed too much trouble. We highly recommend them and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Focus started out great but we were ultimately left very disappointed. They were able to fit us in at short notice after the mover we booked originally disappeared a week before our move. The price from Focus was good though we never got a receipt for the money we paid in spite of asking several times. The guys arrived on time and worked hard. Unfortunately, a wardrobe, bookshelf and wooden storage box were damaged beyond repair. Another wardrobe and a couple of other pieces of furniture required extensive repairs. They removed and lost the transit bolts from our washing machine and lost the metal clips holding a bed base together. In spite of agreeing that they had lost those items and promising that they would replace or reimburse us, Focus have done nothing. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. We haven't demanded reimbursement for the items damaged only those that were lost. By not keeping their word and not doing the right thing, Focus have lost any possibility of repeat business from us and we already discouraged a neighbour from using them. In summary, if you're looking for a removal company give Focus a miss.

I am beyond satisfied with this company’! Both Tony and Anthony did an efficient and fast work! They came on time, took care of all our furniture and boxes and were very gentle with our glass furniture! Honestly couldn’t have done it without them. Megan at Focus Removals and Storage was responsive and accommodating to schedule my move. They made my move stress-free at an affordable cost. I will continue using them and will let all of my friends and family know. Thank you lots to this company.
