After normally using Ashford, I came to Folkestone because I couldn't book same day in Ashford and how glad I am that I did. Such a smooth operation, no cars blocking others in, amazingly helpful staff and very well run. 5 stars all around.

Normally I wouldn't put stuff down but there's an amazing young man by the name of Andy, he has lots of tattoos and I asked him if he could come and show off his arm to my special needs son Sam. He was so kind and showed all his tattoos to him . Made Sam's afternoon. Thank you Andy

Very rude unhelpful people. I feel they were racist and made snarky comments. Constantly swearing and a complete waste. They belong in the tip little weasels

I had a dreadful experience here four years ago - but I have to say, things have improved considerably.
You have to book a slot now - which can be a nuisance and there's often no spaces for a few days.
However, when you arrive there's no endless queues, the staff seem more co-operative and there's usually free spaces. Site is clean and tidy.
I suspect they'll retain the booking system which isn't as flexible, but the experience is much easier.

A couple of pensioners, we had appt at 11 am this morning and from start to finish, about 5 mins in total, everyone was so kind and helpful. I’m sure it’s not always a pleasant job but they were laughing, joking and all the time being so helpful, emptying the car, carrying stuff to relevant skips etc. For something so mundane it was a most pleasurable experience. Well done to everyone working there.

My boyfriend accidentally cut his hand on site and Pat and Simon’s response was incredible, great first hand care and helpful when we were asking where things should go. Thank you again. We were here today Sunday afternoon so if the manager can please praise them for their customer care.
