Terrible customer service. Rude, aggressive, offensive, inappropriate behaviour and comments from the new Dep Manager and total refusal to communicate over collection of goods hence 3 wasted long journeys to and from this store including a paid for collection. No offer of an apology from staff responsible or petrol costs. My saved items were put back on the shop floor by another staff member too. Not a charity I would usually support so will never visit again. Contacted the Acting Area Manager who was lovely and obviously has her work cut out with these new paid staff in Worcester.

I have purchased many items from here and they are excellent. Lovely people who want to help and you can ask them anything. The prices are brilliant and it's my favourite second hand store.

Really rude and unhelpful man that did not want to help. We took some things in and he just shrugged his shoulders and said that the store room was full and told us to take our things home.
