Very good company to deal with the part I ordered was in good condition.

Ordered some ford parts from them on Thursday at about 5pm and after some confusion about if I was sent the right order (which they did communicate very well to me so no faults there), I received my parcel on Monday at 4pm and everything was absolutely mint. Rear light is already fitted and works perfectly - even came with bulbs already! Getting mirror and reflector fitted on Wednesday next week so will see if the mechanic likes them as much as I do. Only downside is that I had to scrub a bit to get the white pen off but that's not an issue at all considering how good the value is.

Aye class if u want parts arriving damaged, wrong parts and then not receiving refunds after sending the part back. Phoned them about 6 times n got the run around that the gaffers not in to authorise the refund.

If I could give this company more stars, I would. They have great communication, quick responses, polite, and overall helpful. The wheels that I bought from them are top tier! I ordered with them on a Wednesday morning at 930AM, by 1030AM the next morning the wheels were delivered to my front door, and I was able to have them fitted within hours. This was especially helpful as I use my car for work, and this allowed me to get back on the roads again. I bought a front passenger door for my Ford ecosport from them on line , they sent me a video first of the door which was a fantastic idea as I could see what I was buying, other companies we’re selling the same door with not even a picture never mind a video. The door I bought was perfect and the lad who arrived on his bike just before opening time was very helpful and polite . The price for the door was really really good and I recommend them to anyone for any Ford parts .

Great service. Martin sent me videos and photos of the condition of the parts I required no other suppliers did. Happy to negotiate on price. Bought front bumper, wing, door mirror and wheel. Travelled 100 miles to collect. Wing was wrong but happily swapped reduced price as not in as good a condition as one shown. Would use again.

Needed a driver's seat as mine had a fault & the airbags wouldn't work.
Couldn't find one locally so went onto 1stchice, within 5 minutes they rang me, sorted out my part and sent it to me as I live in Kent.
It matches the other seat, installed now and the airbags work.
Brilliant, I can highly recommend them.
