I ordered a part on eBay from them and it didn't arrive so I called them they were very unhelpful with the situation, wouldn't refund me the money back, poor communication skills and Terrible customer support, AVOID AT ANY AND ALL COST. how do they sleep at night borderline scamming people and thinking they will get away with it. Very very disappointed I wish I could give 0.2 stars.

I recently purchased a ford focus instrument cluster from this breaker. Upon taking the cluster to our family mechanic, it was quickly discovered that the breaker was covered in dust, inside and out. When fitted, the clusters mileage display does not work at all (motherboard issue) and several of the bulbs were out. This was £60 wasted. When purchasing a product, a certain level of condition is expected. I will not be bothering to even getting a replacement from this breaker, and will go elsewhere.

Took our car there about a month ago for them to do some work on the car change autonator and belt etc paid for it thought no more took my car somewhere else to have the wet belt done to find out my car still had the original autonator on it the belt hadn't been changed as I put a mark on it for where it needed lining up that was still on it the water pipes that was said they had changed hadn't been they just super glued it on I'm seriously not impressed I definitely don't recommend these plus will be taking it further legally as I paid for work to be done that wasn't and have got proof
