Unprofessional and rude. Contacted this company to arrange for collection of my sofa and chair. Had a response back asking for photos, so I sent photos. Had one further response asking where I was based, then nothing. Nobody had the decency to respond to my 4 emails after the fact. Disgusting way to treat a potential customer.

Lots of great stuff, really helpful people - the first thing I spotted was a wardrobe which had only just come in and had no handles and was missing a hanging rail on one side.. also didn’t have a marked price. However when I enquired about it they found a price for me and it was delivered two days later complete with door handles and a hanging rail. Going back later next week to look for more!

The pricing on a lot of the items are absolutely ridiculous. Considering they are given so much for free, they seem to want as much as brand new for a lot. Went in today, and some other customers wanted to purchase some fake plants in pots. They were told they weren't for sale as they could not part with them.
If they want them so much , pay as much as you would charge us and get more items that customers can buy and not be refused. If they are in the shop then it's advertising for sale.

Wish I didn’t have to give any starts because I wouldn’t. Bought some electric items which they told us was tested, which clearly was a big lie. As nearly had my house on fire with my children inside! Personally this place needs to be shut down until someone is in real danger. I had to pay over £100 for a professional to come and fix their mistake. Never again should be shut down, before something does catch fire. Don’t buy anything from here and get it from somewhere else before your next. Disgusting company. And the prices are over priced in the first place for 2nd hand items knowing they get it for free! BE CAREFUL!

Great place to buy furniture, lots of very nice tables, wardrobes and desks among lots of other things. Large collection of chairs upstairs and a large selection of really nice plates and crockery. The pieces are priced quite cheap but also fairly priced as well and all proceeds go towards charity. Also has a lot of children's toys and clothes upstairs so a great place to go for them.

What a lovely place, cheerful staff who couldn't do enough for you really tidy and stock was well laid out, upstairs was brilliant you could look down over the ground floor with excellent views of that stock from there. Will definitely go back.
