Honestly can’t think of a negative thing to say. Really nice guy. Got a very good price for my car, the highest quote I could find. Very quick and made simple process of handing over ownership. Would highly recommend to anyone. (Left my house keys with my car key and completely forgot till couple weeks later and they were safely stored till I got round to getting them, even offered to go out of his way and drop them back round.) Thanks again 🙂

James and Richard came to collect my scrap car from esher within a couple of hours of me calling them. Their service was impeccable and they are two of the most pleasant blokes I’ve come in contact with in the vehicle industry. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with any scrapping need. They paid me a fair price for the vehicle even though I hadn’t asked for anything and they offered to help me find a part I have been searching for for my other car. 10/10 will definitely use them again!

Overall I was very pleased with the service I received from forward motion. Excellent communication around the pickup of my vehicle, and the truck arrived exactly at the time we had arranged. Clear explanation of the process, and the payment was as we agreed. James and his colleague were polite and courteous and I received my ‘certificate of destruction’ (as I had requested) within a week of my vehicle being collected.

Really happy with the service received from the guys at Forward Motion. My car broke down and It was stranded in Epsom, they came to my address in Surbiton, competed all the paperwork and collected the car from where I left it. Very happy with the price they offered also.

Prompt quote and arranged to pick up next evening with an actual time specified. Clear communication throughout. In contrast to previous attempts with two other firms who failed to arrive on designated days and wasted a good deal of my time. Was also able to fix a minor fault with the car to move it off the driveway.
