Well organised recycling centre with tops of containers at ground level so you don't have any stairs to climb. Staff are always very helpful. Booking systems means no queues and you can book a slot for immediate usebif available.

Great system. Online booking ensures it's never overcrowded and new entry and exit system is much better than before. Safer as well. I think every recycling centre should run like this. Great job. Nice to see a well planned and thought out design.

Easy to use online website. Also easy to cancel or modify if required. Lots of availability.

Friendly & helpful staff with a big smile (I was helped by a lovely lady with brown hair making sure the place was nice and clean and who helped me find my way around).

Able to recycle pretty much everything when finding the bins for them & again if not can always ask the staff. Also re-use bins present.

The distance between the ground and the skip is very high. It is very difficult to jump. The employees are not polite. They are very rude people. They need to put a ladder or a high apparatus so that people can evacuate easily.

The guys working there were really helpful, taking my stuff and putting it into the correct skips as I have walking problems. Council give 'em a bonus!
