Absolutely packed with stuff because the prices are insanely high. You cannot achieve eBay prices as you do not have the same customer reach. Would sell more if prices were cheaper. I suspect most goes out the backdoor to to traders and friends.

Very poor customer service, The lady who was at the counter very rude. I have bought a juicer machine last week I realised the juicer jug is missing today went to ask for missing parts or replacement with any items she asked me why did bought this. I told her sorry that time I didn’t have noticed that anything missing she argued with me and at last left the juicer machine and the receipt left it counter and came home.
I have a request to the charity or council, please employ approachable staff.

The staff in the re-use shop doesn't want to accept donations which their customer centre staff already given green light to. Lack of professionalism and internal communications. They tried to turn me away but I did not have it after loading my car and driving a distance. Pathetic.

Stay away from this place for donations.

Is this for a charity ? Bit expensive for something that has been donated. Drop the prices to be realistic...........sell more. 100 items at £10 each and sell one = £10...........same 100 items £2 each and sell fifty = £100. Surely that makes sense ?

Friendly service, much cheaper than a regular second-hand shop. I bought an office chair and some like new crockery. We will be back.

Used to be a great place to find some bargains.
Now everything is priced against ebay, but with none of the guarantees that stuff will work or the ability to return

Overpriced, used to be a nice bargain shop and was buying 3-4 days, a week, staff have no idea which items are working or not, brand new items missing parts or not working are selling them with high prices with no option for return, high risk no reward shop!

I’m not I sure I trust the pricing by certain staff as one women the first few times I came in and bought stuff was very cheap”which kept me coming back” then she really bumped the pricing up and I just thought she’s pocketing the some or all the money ... I’m no dealer I just by what I like for my home !!! I smell something fishy going on. One star because I had to rate it or it wouldnt allow me to post.
