Like others, I have come here three times over the course of about 6 weeks and waited in the car for about 20 mins before giving up as the queue gets longer and longer. Staff aren't at all bothered and sitting around on their phones. No info given. Go to Whetstone or somewhere else

Always a pleasure when I visit this recycling center. There is almost never a queue or wait to start unloading your vehicle. The staff are always nice, friendly, and helpful.

The best thing about this recycling center compared to the others in Leicester is the layout. The cars all park up near to the middle, which puts you at the center of all of the disposal sections, so short trips back and forth from your car.

Queuing all the way round to opposite Morrison's again. Seems every time I come to freeman s common tip regardless of time , it's closed and the traffic is horrendous.
Must be a way to stop the constant closing of the site and tail backs.

An incredibly racist and derogatory place. I was commanded in such a rude and intimidating way. Perhaps the council should consider who they employ and how they talk to people.

I would like to thank Michael,on every time occasion when I have attended the recycling centre I have found him to be polite, friendly and helpful which is a stark contrast to some of his colleagues

Absolute tools who work here
Just sat in my car for 45 minutes waiting to get in while they did nothing but looked at their own phones, they couldn’t care less about the huge traffic jam caused, avoid if possible.

I had some waste paint in my shopping trolley, and I was refused entry, because I wasn't travelling in the car. This is a discrimination against people who don't have a car. I pay my council Tax. Not acceptable!

Great place to get rid of your stuff, staff are really helpful and friendly, the only downside is when you catch the barrier down on arrival, I've been caught out a few times, and had to sit there 15 to 20 minutes till the containers have been sorted. Other than that it's been easy to get round the site.
