I phoned the surgery at 8.20am and was given a call -back immediately and an appointment at 9am the same day. I saw Dr. Cooper who was thorough and helpful. This surgery has put the wow factor into the experience from the telephone request to the reception onto the GP. Keep up the extremely great work.
