Damaged my vehicle.
I'm really disappointed with my experience at Frodsham Tyres, I brought my car in for a tyre replacement only to find that my car had been damaged during their handling.
When I spoke with the owner regarding the damage, his responses were evasive and no offer to resolve the issue.
The damage is minor, but their dishonesty throughout the situation has made it clear that they do not take accountability for their actions.
It is incredibly frustrating that you put your trust into a company to provide a service and they lack any integrity to own up when they've made a mistake.

Brilliant service had a very slow puncture which couldn't be found at first took it to them and it was the smallest pin prick patched up and advised a new tyre would be needed week later tyre fitted whilst I waited

Last minute calling to get car in for MOT and they fitted me in and kept me up dated with what needed doing to pass brilliant guy

Had a flat on Christmas Eve and, after a temporary repair by the AA, managed to get to family in Helsby. Had to get home to Scotland on the 27th and so rang them up. They gave me a time to turn up, only a couple of hours after I rang. Great service and they fitted a new tyre. Very efficient and very friendly.

Couldn't recommend highly enough. I'm in the area on holiday and found Frodsham Tyre Co Ltd, through a Google search and went over ATS based on the comments. Very glad I did, I thought I would need a completely new tyre but without even asking me, they repaired my tyre. That for me is excellent service doing with is best for me without even asking. I have that relationship with my long standing local mechanic but to get that from a first interaction I couldn't be more grateful.

We were on our way back home to Sheffield from a short break in Anglesey when we were informed on the M56 by another car that our rear was flat! Having pulled off we made our way to the nearest tyre shed.
These guys were great, ordered one in as soon as we got there and couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating whilst we waited.
A very ‘quick turn around’ once it arrived and we were back on our way. If you’re in need of tyres with good service seek these guys out. Highly recommend them .
