Took my car in for an MOT and was really impressed with the quality customer service I received. Simon, the Manager, was really helpful and friendly and kept me informed of the progress. The waiting room was delightful and had beautiful views over the river, the nicest waiting room I have had the pleasure of sitting in! I will definitely be using them again as I really felt my custom was very valued and it is nice to support local independent businesses.

Recently purchased an XV from Stanburys. The experience from start to finish was stress free including the valuation on the car I was part exchanging! Last week during the winter mayhem, we called these chaps out in the snow to recover a vehicle and inspect it for damage, and they responded very quickly and helped us out at a very competitive price. Only this morning, we had another vehicle hit by a deer, which left the vehicle inoperable. I called them, they went out and got there in under 20 minutes, and they got it going. A really great local company, who put people first in challenging times and are recommended as your go-to people in times of motor-related trouble!

Always an exceptionally professional, courteous, helpful and honest service from all at Stanbury's. Have just purchased our second used Subaru Forester from them and Dan was able to locate just what we needed. Despite living in Wales everything was organised efficiently to assist us in the purchase and the car was 'just like new' waiting for us in their showroom. Their friendly, reliable team and excellent customer service is hard to find these days, as they always make you feel a truly valued customer. Customer satisfaction definitely 10 out of 10. I bought a second hand Subaru Forrester from Dan at Stanbury’s back in 4th November 2021. Had an issue arise in late February with a noisy Air con pump so took it in for repair today almost a month after the 3 month warranty given. They lent me a courtesy car and on my return, after fully expecting to pay for repair, they said there would be no charge. Rare to find such a genuinely nice company to do business with
